A cot is also available. Outside, you will find a private pool (6 x 11 x 2 m), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower with hot water. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Granadella Natural Park is 700 m away, offering hiking and mountain biking trails as well as a viewpoint. A welcome package with essentials such as coffee and juice is provided. Two bicycles are available. The property follows waste separation guidelines, with information on site, and features energy-saving lighting. There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, as well as carbon monoxide, smoke, and heat detectors in every room and the living area. Please note: Air conditioning and heating are not industrial and should not run at full power 24 hours a day. When you are not at home, turn off the equipment; if using heating, leave it on minimum to prevent damage and ensure proper functioning.
